We have acted for the client for many years and this forms a prime example of farm diversification in the Green Belt. Prior to our involvement the Farmstead’s activities solely related to agriculture. We have through work with our client obtained planning permissions for a variety of forms of development including equestrian livery, commercial storage and agricultural buildings. This evolving approach to the farm enterprise has resulted in the continued ongoing success of the business.
