The scheme involves part conversion and part clearance of the site and the development of 50 apartments together with a healthcare centre. The site was the former home of the Wakefield Express which was relocated out of the town centre. The site is prominently located adjacent to the Ridings Centre. It also located next to the former Zion Chapel which we previously obtained planning permission for the conversion of a Grade II Listed Building to apartments.
